About the role

The Latin Room, a dance studio located in North Adelaide SA 5006, is seeking a passionate and experienced Latin Dance Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a Latin Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and enthusiasm for Latin dance with our diverse community of students. Whether you specialise in Salsa or Bachata or any other type of dance styles, your role will be to provide engaging and informative dance classes that inspire and delight our students.

What you'll be doing

Designing and delivering high-quality Latin dance classes for students of all levels, from beginner to advanced

Demonstrating dance techniques and choreography, and providing personalised feedback to help students improve their skills

Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their dance goals

Collaborating with the studio management team to schedule classes, manage student registrations, and ensure the smooth operation of the studio

Attending team meetings and professional development workshops to continuously enhance your teaching methods and knowledge of Latin dance

What we're looking for

Experience in teaching Latin dance styles, with a track record of developing and delivering engaging and effective classes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels

A passion for Latin dance and a commitment to sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm with others

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the studio
