A Day in the Life of an Urban Growth Team Member
On any given day, you'll be a vital part of a team that:
Performs planting, hedging, trimming, and general garden maintenance.
Maintains plant health, including fertilisation, mulching, and disease prevention.
Safely operates mechanical gardening equipment.
Mows lawns using various tools, including push-on and ride-on mowers.
Manages weeds and clears debris.
Keeps garden equipment and tools in top condition.
Monitors and manages irrigation systems.
Takes on garden projects, such as laying pavers and building small retaining walls.
Experienced Gardener
Ready to take your skills to the next level? In this casual or full-time role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining and enhancing our clients' outdoor spaces. This position has the potential to transition into full-time employment, offering career growth and salary advancement for the right candidate.
Requirements:
A Certificate III in Horticulture or a related tertiary qualification or at least around 2 years of experience is ideal.
A current NSW-recognised Driver's License is essential.
Pay: $35-40 per hour, plus super.
