About the Role
We are seeking motivated Pest Control Technicians and Termite Inspectors to join a leading pest control services provider in the Hills District. This is a full-time role offering comprehensive training and development, enabling you to deliver high-quality pest control services to both residential and commercial clients across the local area. Key Responsibilities

Perform pest control treatments and inspections in residential and commercial settings.

Select and apply appropriate pest control methods and treatments.

Conduct termite inspections and prepare detailed reports (for qualified inspectors).

Provide excellent customer service, advice, and guidance to clients.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed.

Work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Skills & Experience Required

Passion for pest control and delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Current driver's license.

Pest control qualifications or prior industry experience (desirable).

Benefits

$75K-$90K for Pest Control Technicians, up to $110K for Termite Inspectors.

5% commission on all sales, paid monthly.
