About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team at the Military Shop, Fyshwick! We are on the hunt for a full time team member who can work 38 hours a week, including some work on Saturdays.

The right person will have interests in the military; military history, honours and awards; or outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and adventure.

Key Responsibilities

Our Retail Team Members are primarily responsible for:

Assisting customers in-store and assisting over the phone when required

Building relationships with our customers to encourage repeat business

General store upkeep, helping to rotate and put out new stock

What You'll Need

Experience:

Previous retail, sales or customer service experience

Skills or Attributes:

Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude

Can work well in a team or autonomously

Available to work some Saturdays

High level of professionalism, in both manner and interaction

Can interact with a broad range of clients from young cadets to senior military and government officials

Professional phone and email manner

Position Information

This is a Full time position, 38 hours a week. Based at our retail shop, Military Shop, located in Fyshwick, ACT.
