Instant Weighing's heavy industrial scale technicians work with clients from the mining, agricultural, earthmoving, container shipping, warehousing and transport industries.

Primary role is weighing system installation, calibration servicing and repair on mobile plant and industrial scales.

Our area of operation is Western Australia.

Our clients have legislated obligations under Mainroad's Chain of Responsibility, National Measurement Institute's Trade Measurement and the Australian Maritime Safety Authority's Marine Order 42. Instant Weighing assists our clients to remain compliant with their obligations.

Duties include:

Basic fabrication - welding (MIG), grinding, drilling and tapping

Basic hydraulic fitting

Basic auto electrical fitting

Weighing system calibration servicing: Balances, Platform scales, Bench scales, Forklift scales, Wheel loader scales, Shipping container handler scales, Weighbridges, Hopper scales.

Heavy vehicle operation: Forklift, Wheel loader, Reach stacker, HC truck.

Train operators

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and background check

Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
