About the Role:

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care to the residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You will also assist with safe medication administration and work collaboratively with nursing and care teams to deliver the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personal care and daily living support to clients

Assist with medication administration and documentation

Support clients with mobility, hygiene, and meal preparation

Provide companionship and emotional support

Maintain accurate records and report any changes in client condition

About You:

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability/Community Services) or equivalent

Medication competency (current and valid)

Strong experience supporting high care clients, including overnight/sleepover shifts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, empathetic, and committed to providing person-centred care
