Life Training and Design is seeking a male Home Care Worker to join our supportive and dedicated team providing quality in-home care to individuals living with disability and older Australians.

About the Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will assist clients with:

Personal care and daily living activities

Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)

Medication prompting and client health monitoring

Complex care tasks if you are qualified (supporting clients with high needs in aged care or disability)

Community access and social support

Transport to appointments and community activities

This is a casual position with flexible working hours that may increase gradually based on performance and client needs. Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to transition to part-time employment.

What We’re Looking For

A caring, patient, and responsible attitude

Certificate III in Individual Support or a higher qualification in Community Services, Aged Care, or Disability Care

Experience in aged care or disability support (preferred)

Experience with complex care will be highly regarded

Current First Aid Certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Check preferred, or a valid Police Check

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

Legal rights to work in Australia

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
