· Lead by example and build strong relationships with drivers, subcontractors, and clients

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Hands on management of daily transport operations across Australia, primarily Brisbane–Adelaide–Perth

· Managing subcontractors and company trucks with a strong focus on safety and compliance

· Responding to incoming quote requests to support business development

· Leading fatigue management, OH&S, and governance practices

· Working closely with your small team to solve problems and deliver results

What You Bring:

· 5+ years in an operational leadership role within open trailer transport

· Strong working knowledge of compliance, fatigue, OH&S, and truck/driver management

· Proven experience in oversized and open trailer logistics

· A hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills

· A passion for teamwork and contributing to business growth

· Understanding of subcontractor management – payment

· Knowledge of pricing – daily once off quotes
