Senior Power Platform Developer

Permanent | Melbourne CBD | 4 days in office and 1 day from home.

Our client is looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Pages.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll partner directly with business and technical stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable, automated, and data-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy business-critical applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Pages, and Dataverse.
  
• Automate complex workflows and processes with Power Automate to drive efficiency and consistency.
  
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards that turn data into actionable insights.
  
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and third-party systems through APIs and enterprise connectors.
  
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, business operations, and leadership to gather requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  
• Explore and implement AI capabilities using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
  
• Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and uphold governance and quality standards.
  

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of solid Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  
• Strong technical skills in C#, JavaScript, Python, and REST APIs.
  
• Proven experience engaging with non-technical and executive stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical outcomes.
  
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE and Power Pages.
  
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital applications.
  
• A collaborative mindset - you're proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoy driving change through technology.
  
• Interest or hands-on exposure to Azure AI and Copilot Studio a plus.
