About the role
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team and wider business in all aspects of HR. This full-time position is based in the Melbourne office and will involve providing advice and support across the employee life cycle.
What you'll be doing
Advising managers and employees on HR policies and processes.
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices
Providing support on workplace health and safety
What we're looking for
3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment
Enjoy recruitment, engaging with talent and onboarding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
