We're partnering with a well-established and modern accounting and financial firm in Footscray to help them find their next admin superstar!
This role would see you working closely with a wider team of 30, including an administration team of 5.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, with heaps of room to grow and develop within the firm.

What you’ll be doing:
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Setting up new client files
- Ordering consumables and stationery for the office
- Processing client payments
- Lodgements of Income Tax Returns and BAS
- Monthly reporting
- Scanning and archiving files
- Collations of financials
- Engagement and ethical letters
- Sending documents for signatures
- Any other adhoc administration as required

What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in an accounting firm previously is essential for this role
- Experience using cloud based systems would be highly regarded, however, not essential
- Highly organised and confident managing deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
