Fit-Out Technician – Permanent Role | $40-45/hr + Overtime | Early Finish

Our client is a growing force in the truck and trailer manufacturing industry with a strong order book with FMG and BHP, and are now looking for an experienced Fit-Out Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.
With plans to double in size, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team in a company that values its people and offers long-term stability.
You’ll be working on a wide range of vehicles – from service trailers to large trucks – completing full end-to-end fit-outs in a spacious, clean, and well-equipped workshop. All parts are fabricated off-site, so you’ll be focused on bringing everything together to a high standard.

• Permanent full-time position
• $40-45 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
• Overtime available during peak periods
• Holiday and sick leave entitlements
• Early start and finish: 5:00am – 1:30pm (afternoons are yours!)

What we’re looking for:

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – NOT essential
• Valid Forklift Ticket – essential
• Experience with Stainless Steel TIG welding – desirable
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on the job
