Healthii People are proud to be partnered with Anglicare NT to support the recruitment for the Program Manager of the Early Psychosis services at the headspace Centre in Darwin.

Anglicare is a leading provider of support and welfare services across the Territory having more than 85 programs within mental health, disability, child & family services, homelessness, and many more.

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing federally funded early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year old through local Primary Health Networks and partner organisations.

This is a Senior Leadership role that would oversee a multidisciplinary team of 15 staff that provide support to young people aged 12-25 with mental health challenges particularly early onset of Psychosis. You would have 6 direct reports and report into the Clinical Operations Manager.

This role would suit someone with a clinical background in youth/ mental health and you would:

• Provide supervision to the team
• Ensure policies, procedures and frameworks are evidence based
• Manage budget and financial oversight of program
• Engage with stakeholders, in particular the NTPHN
• Ensure compliance and accreditation is up to standard

About you:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing or Occupational Therapy
• Demonstrated clinical experience in mental health
• Proven track record of leading teams within clinical settings
• Dedication to contribute to change in the youth mental health space
