About the role:

Facilities & Risk Management

Respond promptly to maintenance and service requests.

Ensure all contractors are inducted and compliant with safety, risk, and site requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain compliance databases and support contractor audits to meet SLA and risk standards.

Site Operations

Support delivery of site operations and escalate issues to the Site Operations Lead.

Assist in auditing and identifying improvement opportunities for site performance.

Financial & Vendor Management

Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost control.

Manage onsite vendors for performance, compliance, and value for money.

Follow procurement processes and provide feedback on vendor performance.

Client Service & Stakeholder Engagement

Deliver high-quality service with a customer-first mindset.

Keep stakeholders informed and engaged to ensure smooth operations.

Engineering & Asset Management

Support preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle planning.

Ensure scheduled tasks meet compliance and performance standards.

Sustainability

Work with the sustainability team to identify and implement green initiatives.

About you:

Degree or diploma in a related area such as Facilities Manager, CRE or property management or equivalent experience is preferred, but not essential

Preferred relevant experience in Facilities Management operations in corporate office environments where the client is an occupier

Preferred some experience in regulatory compliance, Australian and international standards

Preferred some experience in similar sized portfolios, complex corporate hierarchies and preferably as an outsourced service provider

Competent communication and interpersonal skills

A client focus and customer experience mindset essential
