They are seeking a collaborative, forward-thinking individual who loves using data and innovation to drive real impact. You will take ownership of the performance marketing strategy, leading planning, campaign build, optimisation and reporting across paid channels.

• Take ownership of six-figure acquisition budgets, leading test-and-learn strategies

What you'll do:

• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and growth
• Lead campaign reporting and performance analysis to guide decision-making
• Test and experiment across channels to find new opportunities for scale
• Manage budgets to ensure efficient spend and ROI
• Partner with creative teams to refine assets for best performance
• Work with agencies and media partners to align on strategy and delivery

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in a performance marketing role managing large budgets
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit or Snapchat ads
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to optimisation
• Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience developing creative for performance marketing
• (Bonus) Knowledge of mobile app measurement, SKANetwork or Smartly.io
