About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Disability Support Worker to join our team at our Mt Annan Day Program and Eagle Vale Supported Independent Living (SIL) service.

Ideally, you’ll be available to work across both sites, but if you’re a strong applicant who prefers to work in just one setting, we’d still love to hear from you.

You’ll be part of a passionate, tight-knit team that provides engaging programs, supports daily living needs, and fosters independence and connection for participants with a range of abilities.

What You’ll Do

Support participants to engage in fun, meaningful, and person-centred programs.

Contribute to the planning and delivery of day programs that encourage growth, learning, and social inclusion.

Provide personal care, community access, and independent living supports where required.

Maintain participant safety, uphold NDIS standards, and respond calmly to challenging situations.

Foster positive relationships with participants, families, and the wider Invigorate Ability team.

About You

You’re enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable, someone who enjoys variety and making a genuine difference. You’ll bring both experience and creativity to your role and thrive in a positive, supportive environment.

Essential Criteria:

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services (or currently studying).

Experience supporting people with disabilities across various needs and skill levels.

Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check.

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

Experience in both Day Program and SIL environments.

Flexibility to work across locations and shifts.
