About the role

Manage tax compliance and support advisory work for a varied portfolio of business clients. Work closely with the Tax Manager and senior team members on more complex matters. Take responsibility for accurate, timely tax preparation while contributing to process improvements and guiding junior staff in developing their technical tax skills.

Duties

• Prepare detailed tax returns and compliance reports for a range of business clients
• Assist in delivering practical tax advice and solutions to support client needs
• Review junior accountants’ work and provide guidance to build their Technical skills
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication
• Research current tax legislation and apply best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance

Skills & experience

• CA/CPA qualification with tax specialisation
• 3+ years of public practice tax experience
• Advanced knowledge of tax compliance and advisory
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
