About the Role

As a Customer Sales Agent in our Central Region team, based at the Homebush office, you’ll be at the heart of our sales success. Reporting to a remote Team Leader and working alongside 20–30 agents in the Sydney branch, you’ll convert leads into long-term business relationships and help grow our customer base. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, focusing on conversions, and providing expert advice to both new and existing customers. We’re looking for someone who aligns with our branch & region culture—motivated, collaborative, and committed to quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls, building strong relationships and achieving sales targets.

Provide expert advice and exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.

Accurately report sales activities and track performance for continual improvement.

Support general administrative tasks while maintaining a strong focus on sales.

Collaborate with your team to foster a positive, high-performance culture.

Uphold Flick Anticimex’s standards for quality, professionalism, and customer care.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience, ideally in telesales or a similar environment.

Excellent communication and persuasive skills to engage customers and close deals.

Self-motivation and drive to exceed targets and deliver high performance.

Quick to learn and adapt to advanced CRM systems; able to pick up new technology fast

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Commitment to full-time hours (part-time roles available across 5 days).
