PaveWA is a Perth-based civil construction company specialising in reinstatement and small-scale concrete works for local government, utility and commercial clients. We take pride in quality, safety and professionalism, and we’re looking for a reliable concreter to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with good concreting experience who can follow direction and take pride in their work. You’ll be working on smaller, technical reinstatement jobs such as crossovers, footpaths, pram ramps and minor roadworks — no large pours or heavy structural works.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of concreting including formwork, pouring, screeding and finishing

Work safely and efficiently under the direction of the Concrete Supervisor

Operate small plant and hand tools correctly and maintain them to a good standard

Work closely with the traffic control and reinstatement teams on site

Maintain a tidy, professional worksite and communicate clearly with supervisors

Follow all company and client OHS procedures and quality standards

About You

Previous concreting experience (civil or reinstatement preferred)

Able to follow instructions and work well within a small team

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Fit for manual work and willing to assist others when needed

Valid WA Driver’s Licence (MR or HR licence preferred but not essential)

White Card (Construction Induction) required
