3 - 6 month position

Oasis Newman is an accommodation facility conveniently located just 7kms south of Newman in Western Australia. Newman is the Gateway to the Real Outback and is a short distance to world famous attractions, including Karijini National Park, Carawine Gorge and historical Indigenous sites.

Oasis boasts 850 rooms, resort-style swimming pool, dining room, gym, al fresco and recreation room.

We are currently looking for an experienced individuals who are keen to assist us with our ongoing refurbishment. It Involves the completion and expansion of our current kerbing and footpaths around the establishment.

A successful applicant will ideally have previous experience working within the construction industry. We are only looking for experience. The area that we are looking to hire people in are the following areas

Concreters - have experience within the industry to be able to join a team to finish ongoing works

The above skills will not be the only work that will be done on site by you, as if not assisting in those specific trades, we will be requesting in other areas of the project

Oasis Newman also has projects involving , fencing, building renovation that will be included as part of your work flow. This makes for an exciting and ever changing working environment where you will be able to see the results of your efforts. A positive attitude, friendly personality and teamwork skills are also vital.

There is no age requirement for this position, we are happy with youthful exuberance or someone who is semi retired looking to subsidise their semi retirement.

Positions expected to last anywhere from 3 to 5 months and may be ongoing depending on the needs of the business.

In return Oasis is happy to offer a fantastic and friendly work environment, accommodation and meals as well as remuneration.

Position can be FIFO on a 3 and 1 roster for the right candidate if live on site not suitable.
