Role Description

At Air Control, our HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technicians are rockstars who keep commercial and industrial spaces running smoothly. From maintenance and servicing to fault-finding and repairs, you'll work across a wide range of HVAC&R systems — every day brings something new!

But it’s not just about tools and tech — we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every job!

What you’ll be doing:

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC&R systems across various sites while diagnosing and fixing faults efficiently

Ensuring all work meets safety standards and industry requirements

Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members, representing Air Control professionally

Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least experience in the commercial heating and air conditioning field. HVAC breakdown service and repairs skills also a requirement.

Candidates must be self motivated, driven & ready to learn new ways of working, taking on new challenges & working towards goals.

Must haves;

NSW Drivers Licence

Legally approved to work in NSW

Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Refrigerant Handling Licence

Valid Red/White Safety Induction Card
