We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Coolum Beach. If you’re passionate about design, fashion, and creating meaningful visual stories, this is your chance to be part of a brand that truly cares about people and the planet.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute visual content for digital and print platforms — including website assets, emails, lookbooks, packaging, signage, and campaign materials.

Create engaging social media graphics, paid ads, and motion visuals that reflect the Dharma Bums aesthetic and tone.

Work closely with the marketing, eCommerce, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Assist in photoshoot preparation — from mood boards and storyboards to image retouching and layout design.

Maintain and evolve the brand identity, ensuring visual cohesion and modern appeal.

Collaborate on creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, sales, and product launches.

Manage assets, templates, and file organisation for efficient creative workflows.

Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AI Effects) is a plus.

Strong understanding of digital design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.

Experience creating assets for Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta/Google Ads is an advantage.

A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and colour — aligned with a modern, feminine, and minimal design style.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
