The Opportunity:

We are seeking some mechanical muscle in two experienced Diesel Fitters to join our team! Based from our Moranbah workshop and and working across major mine sites, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our large, modern fleet operating at peak performance. From major overhauls to field breakdowns, your work will directly support safe, efficient production for our blue-chip clients.

With 100+ pieces of modern plant and over 120 skilled team members, we deliver mine-site construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation projects to the highest safety and efficiency standards.

Your Impact:

Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on heavy mining equipment (predominantly Cat)

Perform OEM inspections, diagnostics, servicing and adjustments to keep fleet mine-ready

Accurately complete maintenance records, defect reports and shift handovers

Work on-site and in the workshop to minimise downtime and keep projects on track

Maintain strict compliance with site SHMS, environmental standards and CPH safety systems

Collaborate with supervisors, operators and clients to plan and prioritise repairs

Requirements:

Australian-recognised Diesel Fitter trade qualification

Proven experience with modern diesel engines and electronic diagnostics

Australian driver’s licence (HR Preferred)

Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain quickly)

Strong safety focus, excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a high-performing team
