About the role
Do you enjoy working outdoors, hands-on tasks, and being part of a team that keeps local facilities running smoothly? Clarence Valley Council is seeking a casual Field Operator (Saleyards) to join our Facilities team.

In this casual role, you’ll assist with the daily operations of the Grafton Regional Saleyards, supporting livestock sales, carrying out maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently. Work will vary depending on operational needs and includes preparing for sales, liaising with agents and contractors, and helping to maintain important community infrastructure.

If you have experience with livestock handling, enjoy practical work, and want to contribute to a key local facility, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills while working in one of NSW’s most beautiful regions.
