Core Talent is proud to partner with a reputable local Council in their search for an experienced City Cleansing Operative/ MR Driver to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping public spaces clean, and wants to contribute to the community.

Position: Cleansing Operative (MR Driver)
Location: Inner West & Greater Western Sydney
Pay Rate: $42 per hour + super
Loading: Additional 20% loading for shifts before 6:00am
Start Date: Immediate

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Street sweeping and litter collection in public areas
• Graffiti removal using chemical solutions and equipment
• Operating compactors and leaf blowers
• Clean-up of dumped rubbish and illegal waste
• General cleansing and upkeep of city streets, parks, and public spaces
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with Council safety and environmental standards

Essential Requirements:

• MR Licence - mandatory
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) - mandatory
• Experience in outdoor maintenance, cleansing, or waste operations
• Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Comfortable working early hours and in various weather conditions
