Are you passionate about indoor plants and love helping people? We're looking for an enthusiastic team member to join Melbourne Indoor Plants in a plant sales role. In this role, you'll provide friendly customer service, care for plants, and keep our store looking great.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers, offering friendly, knowledgeable advice

Help customers choose the right indoor plants for their space and lifestyle

Provide plant care tips and answer questions confidently

Water, prune, and monitor plant health, keeping displays fresh and vibrant

Restock shelves and maintain a clean, inviting retail environment

Support the team with general store duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for indoor plants and a willingness to learn

Customer service or retail experience (plant-related a bonus!)

Strong communication and people skills

Ability to stay organised and maintain a visually appealing store

Positive, energetic and proactive – a true team player who loves helping others

Available to work across multiple store locations if needed
