About the role

This is a full-time Trade Sales and Warehousing role with MD Brick (NSW) Pty Ltd, located in Brookvale, NSW. You will be responsible for preparing customer orders, inventory management, picking and pacing orders and organising deliveries of our range of building products. In addition you will be required to asisst customers in the yard and display.

What you'll be doing

Manage inbound and outbound stock movements, understand our dispatch and receiving processes ensuring optimal inventory levels and liaise with other staff and customers

Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently

Assist with monthly stock takes

Provide product knowledge and support to trade customers, helping them select the right materials for their projects

Engage with the team and management to provide solutions that improve the safety & operations of the site

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade customers

Contribute to the overall operations and continuous improvement of the warehouse and trade sales functions

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar trade sales or warehousing role within the building or construction industry

The ability to learn and provide expert technical advice to customers

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively

Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of building strong customer relationships

Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment or the willingness to obtain a forklift license

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the business
