The Opportunity
You’ll oversee commercial insurance and large-loss projects valued from $250k+, taking ownership of site operations, subcontractor coordination, and quality delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys being on-site, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced but supportive environment. The position has become available due to an internal promotion - the previous Supervisor has stepped up into a Project Manager role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee site operations, safety, and subcontractor performance
• Manage materials, scheduling, and progress reporting
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator
• Be predominantly site-based, with occasional office time

What You Bring

• Proven experience in construction supervision, ideally within commercial or insurance projects
• QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or working towards it)
