About Us

Impact Services is a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to transforming lives through employment. We began in the Great Southern Region of Western Australia as a labour hire, recruitment, and contract services provider. Building on this success, we have expanded across Western Australia, delivering the Workforce Australia contract across the Perth North Region.

We’re now launching new services under the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program and are seeking a passionate Employment Consultant to help build and grow this exciting new initiative!

At Impact Services, we are committed to empowering individuals by connecting them with meaningful job opportunities, fostering economic independence, and creating lasting change in our communities.

The Role:
At Impact Services, we believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive in meaningful employment. We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Employment Consultant to join our IEA team, someone who’s passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives.

In this role, you’ll support participants living with a complex barrier into employment, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and connect to the right opportunities. Every day, you’ll play a part in breaking down barriers and celebrating achievements, big and small.

You will:

Effectively manage a caseload of participants, providing support, guidance, and direction to address barriers to progress towards being work ready.

Take a solution-focused approach to supporting people with disability to thrive in their community.

Build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and community partners

Create meaningful employment pathways and ensure participants are supported before and after placement

Celebrate participant milestones and ensure timely collection of employment and claim evidence

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance under Workforce Australia Online and Impact’s quality systems

About you:

Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience within a similar role or industry

Friendly, positive, and professional in client and staff interactions

In-depth understanding of barriers to employment and the ability to develop effective strategies to mitigate them.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse groups.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

If you answered yes to the above and are ready to make an Impact, Apply Now!

Why Join Us:

At Impact Services, we believe our team members deserve to be looked after.

We offer:

Competitive salary package with annual leave loading.

Participation in our Rewards & Recognition Program to recognise and celebrate your milestones!

Access to Pay on Demand

The ability to purchase up to four weeks’ additional annual leave per year.
