A well-established financial planning firm in Collingwood is seeking an experienced Adviser to join its professional team. This role offers the chance to take over an existing client portfolio while benefiting from a consistent stream of high-quality referrals from the accounting side of the business. You will work with clients on a broad range of advice including superannuation, retirement, investments, insurance, SMSFs and estate planning.

Key responsibilities:

Provide tailored financial advice across retirement planning, wealth creation, superannuation, investments, insurance, SMSFs and estate planning

Ensure all advice complies with legislative and AFSL requirements

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients based on trust

Work closely with the accounting team to onboard new clients and support business growth

About you:

At least 3 years’ experience delivering face-to-face financial advice

FASEA (or equivalent) compliant

Strong technical knowledge with attention to compliance and detail

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Collaborative, motivated, and focused on delivering excellent client outcomes
