Lexus of Perth is the sole supplier of Lexus parts in Western Australia and Tasmania. We are seeking a permanent full time Parts Interpreter to work in our parts department in Osborne Park, Western Australia. The right candidate may be offered the position of 2IC to the Parts Manager after a qualifying period.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years automotive parts experience.

Automotive dealership parts experience is essential for this role.

You will be responsible for assisting the parts department with all inquiries for three Lexus parts departments and assisting with the day to day running of the Osborne Park main parts warehouse, including organising the incoming and outgoing delivery of parts to our customers.

Your day to day duties will include:

Use of Microcat and Triage to interpret customers parts enquiries.

Assisting with daily enquiries, quotes, orders for retail/trade/service and internal departments

Receipting incoming parts deliveries

Tracking inbound parts deliveries

Processing incoming/outgoing parts orders

Incoming goods quality control via inspection

Submitting transit damage claims

Picking/packing/shipping of genuine parts

Pre-picking of workshop parts

General house-keeping of parts department

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

DMS - Tune experience - not essential but preferred

PartsCheck experience - not essential but preferred

Infomedia Microcat and Triage experience - not essential but preferred

Toyota parts experience

Be energetic and self motivated

Have a valid drivers licence

Have an eye for detail

Able to work autonomously and to a high standard

Be a team player
