We’re on the lookout for a motivated and professional Spare Parts Interpreter to join our busy branch. If you’re passionate about the transport or construction equipment industry and ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.

What’s on offer:

$45.00 per hour (based on an 8-hour day)

Overtime paid for hours worked beyond 8 per day

Parts commission incentive

Full training provided on OEM systems (PACCAR, VOLVO, DAF)

About the role:

Working closely with the Parts Manager and a small team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support across our parts operations. You’ll gain valuable experience in parts interpretation, warehousing, and logistics – all while building a long-term career in the industry.

Your day-to-day will include:

Interpreting and selling spare parts for heavy trucks, trailers, and construction machinery

Providing face-to-face customer service in our showroom

Supporting our internal service workshop with parts requirements

Assisting with warehousing tasks – receiving, packing, and dispatching stock

Our next piece of the puzzle will have:

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Confidence, courtesy, and a positive work ethic

Experience or interest in the transport or construction equipment industry

Good computer skills (Microsoft Word and similar applications)

Self-motivation, punctuality, and strong time management

A current C class driver’s licence (forklift licence is a bonus)

The Successful applicant will be required to provide a current police clearance and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
