Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth and profitable operation of our store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, staff performance, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage store staff.

Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Sales & Revenue

Meet or exceed store sales targets and KPIs.

Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive growth.

Promote upselling and cross-selling techniques among staff.

Inventory & Merchandising

Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and ordering processes.

Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.

Coordinate with visual merchandisers to implement brand guidelines.

Operations

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.

Monitor loss prevention and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Prepare and submit operational and financial reports.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Assist in planning and managing the store’s budget.

Control expenses and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Solid understanding of retail management, including sales principles and inventory practices.

Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
