Poodle Bar & Bistro is looking for a dedicated hospitality professional who is interested in joining our small, friendly team as a Chef de Partie.

Located in the heart of Fitzroy, Poodle offers a unique and layered hospitality experience. Our spaces include a candle-lit European-inspired bistro, two intimate private dining rooms for bespoke events, a laid-back public bar perfect for snacks and casual drinks and a terracotta-tiled courtyard, ideal for long lunches and golden hour gatherings

What we're looking for:

At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience

Full Australian working rights (this role will not be offering sponsorship)

A genuine passion for food, produce, and continual growth
