Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking an experienced Scheduler / Service Admin to join our friendly team. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for efficiently scheduling and co-ordinating our installation teams and field service technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience. Part time candidates may be considered depending on experience and availability.

The Role

Based at our Wangara office, the ideal candidate will be available 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. Reporting to our Business Operations Manager, the successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

Managing the schedules for both our installation and service teams using Service M8.

Liaising with customers and contractors to schedule service bookings and installations.

Communicating with suppliers and additional trades to quote for air conditioning repairs.

Assisting with adhoc administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements

Minimum 12 months experience in a similar scheduling or service co-ordinator role is essential. Experience within the air conditioning or trade-based/construction industry is preferred but not essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy when communicating with customers, contractors and internal staff.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and problem solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A positive phone manner with a focus on providing excellent customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Excel and Word).

Familiarity with Service M8 and Quotient preferred, but not essential.

Permanent work rights within Australia are essential. We cannot offer sponsorship at this time.

Ability to pass a police background check.
