Position Title: Primary Health Organisation Manager
Location: Sydney, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week)
Salary: AUD $76,515 – $95,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Primary Health Organisation Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team and oversee strategic health service delivery. This role is pivotal in ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain workplace policies, procedures, and standards to support high-quality performance across medical, nursing, allied health, and administrative teams.
Oversee and coordinate clinical programs and health services to ensure efficient, patient-centred care.
Collaborate and communicate with other healthcare organisations, governing bodies, and funding partners to strengthen coordination and service integration.
Provide expert advice to government and relevant authorities on strategies to enhance healthcare delivery and facility effectiveness.
Lead the strategic and operational direction of the organisation, ensuring alignment with its vision, goals, and service objectives.
Represent the organisation in external negotiations, professional events, forums, and stakeholder meetings.
Recruit, train, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a supportive and high-performing workplace culture.
Assess and monitor organisational resources to ensure the effective and sustainable operation of healthcare services.
Manage administrative and financial functions, including budget development, expenditure control, report preparation, and procurement of supplies, equipment, and services.
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in health, management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare or disability services, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and clinical governance.
Proficiency in care management systems (ShiftCare, Lumary), NDIS platforms (PRODA, myplace), and financial tools (Xero, MYOB).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check (current)
First Aid & CPR Certification
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
