You'll help shape how our client use their CRM, drive digital campaigns, and make sure their systems are helping (not holding back) their growth. If you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, experimenting with new ideas, and connecting the dots across marketing and tech-this might be your kind of job.

You're likely someone who:

• Enjoys both creative and technical work
• Pays attention to the little details (especially with data)
• Thinks analytically and loves solving puzzles
• Likes learning and helping others succeed

What You Bring

• 2-3 years experience in digital marketing and/or CRM work
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Comfortable running paid campaigns (Google, Meta)
• Know your way around email marketing tools and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make) and how APIs work
• Understand how marketing funnels and lead gen strategies work
• Basic design skills in tools like Canva or Figma
