The Opportunity

We’re seeking a moderate to highly experienced Draftsperson to manage all residential drafting requirements. Proficiency in ArchiCAD (preferred) or Revit is essential. Reporting to our Head of Design, this role will be central to implementing and refining drafting systems, processes, and master files.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate working drawings, facades, and broader drafting outputs.

• Develop and maintain master files, templates, and documentation processes.

• Apply residential drafting expertise, ideally with exposure to medium-density and semi detached projects.

• Support the scaling of our design function to meet future growth.

About You

• Proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit, with confidence applying these skills to residential drafting.

• Solid experience across residential projects, with exposure to medium-density or semi detached designs highly regarded.

• A sharp eye for detail and pride in delivering accurate outputs on time.

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and ambitious to grow as BuildxWise expands.

This is a pivotal role in building our in-house design function and ensuring scalability of drafting outputs as we move into an exciting phase of growth.
