As the Accounting and Finance Officer, you'll be a key member of a respected team based in Artarmon. The position is based on-site full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
• Handling invoicing and debtor management
• Training and supporting new finance team members
• Overseeing varied finance tasks as directed by Directors

You'll uphold confidentiality, compliance, and high professional standards aligned with a business renowned for quality assurance, safety, and client trust.

What You'll Bring

• Proven skills in accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and debtor management
• Ability to support and guide colleagues in finance processes
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with procedures

• Experience navigating finance systems (AroFlo and Xero experience desirable)
