We’re currently looking for a Pallet Controller to join our operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our pallet movements are accurate, compliant, and cost-effective across all customers and depots.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and record all daily pallet transactions (CHEP, Loscam, plain pallets).

Reconcile pallet movements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Work closely with drivers, customers, and depot staff to maintain accurate pallet balances.

Monitor pallet hire equipment and ensure timely returns to avoid hire charges.

Prepare and maintain pallet reports and registers for management review.

Support the operations team with pallet compliance and system data entry.

Skills & Experience

Experience in pallet control, transport admin, or logistics coordination (preferred).

High attention to detail with accurate data entry and record keeping.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Confident using CHEP and Loscam online systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer use.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
