Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Super
Location: Perth or Melbourne

About the Company
Our client is a well-regarded mining equipment and engineering services provider with operations spanning across Western Australia. As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team immediately.
Role Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a range of site-based roles, you will be primarily focused on recruiting engineers and trades/labour personnel working across mining operations. This is a hands-on position suited to a confident recruiter who can hit the ground running, delivering quality candidates to meet operational demands. You will also support onboarding processes, including WHS-related inductions, to ensure new hires are fully prepared for site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for site-based roles, with a strong focus on engineers and blue-collar workers supporting mining operations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Take ownership of time-critical hiring projects, ensuring key roles are filled within short turnaround times.
- Oversee onboarding activities, including WHS inductions and compliance checks, to ensure new starters are work-ready.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, systems, and documentation in line with internal processes.
About You
- Available to start immediately.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within mining, engineering, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Experience in RPO environments or internal recruitment teams highly regarded.
- Solid understanding of WHS principles, particularly relating to onboarding and site readiness.
- Must be based in Perth or Melbourne to align with head office or site operations.
