Join a proud local institution! Rayner’s Meats has been New Farm’s trusted local butcher for 100 years, located in the heart of the community at Merthyr Village. We’re a family-owned business known for our friendly service, quality meats, and deep connection to the local area.

We’re currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic team members to join our team. We're looking for an all-rounder who's comfortable both front of house and behind the scenes - from serving customers and managing counter sales to assisting with light preparation and packaging. You’ll be part of a passionate, close-knit team in a fast-paced environment, helping deliver a unique shopping experience to our valued customers.

What We’re Looking For:

· Retail or customer service experience (butcher shop /deli experience a bonus).

· A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

· Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

· Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends).

· Be well presented, honest, reliable and punctual.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

· A genuine interest in quality food and customer experience.
