About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and organised Project & Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. You’ll be responsible for quoting, scheduling, ordering materials, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

This role suits someone who’s confident coordinating trades, communicating with clients, and juggling multiple projects in a busy but supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotes and assist with pricing for minor and major home modification projects

Schedule jobs and coordinate carpenters, plumbers, and other subcontractors

Order and track materials, ensuring timely delivery to site

Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow

Assist with compliance documentation and project reporting

Manage multiple small-to-medium projects at once

Support directors with operational and project-related tasks

About You

Previous experience in construction, building, or maintenance admin/project coordination

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident dealing with tradies, clients, and suppliers

Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities

Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Xero, Simpro or similar software preferred)

A proactive attitude — someone who takes ownership and gets things done
