The role
As the People and Culture Advisor at CRANAplus, you will provide vital support across all HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, performance planning, performance management, compliance, HR strategies, and reporting. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to our HR initiatives, as well as the overall growth and success of our organisation.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide HR advice to leaders and managers on a range of HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.
Provide updates on relevant employment laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance and offer informed, strategic advice.
Identifying current and future skills gaps and developing strategies to address them through targeted training and development programs.
Reviewing HR data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, developing reports for senior leaders as required.
Collaborating with department heads to create tailored development plans for employees at all levels.
Leading the execution of the company's performance management processes.
Supporting leaders through the performance review cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Providing training and support to managers on effective performance management techniques, including giving constructive feedback and setting measurable goals.
What We're Looking For:
3 or more years experience as a People & Culture Advisor or similar.
Proven experience in performance management, talent development and conflict resolution
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Experience with Employment Hero (preferably HR and Payroll Platforms) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
