About the role:

At A Maze’N Things, no two days are the same! As our Guest Experience Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping every visitor’s adventure within our Attractions— from the moment they step inside to the moment they leave grinning.

You’ll lead and support a dynamic team, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and always with a sense of wonder.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and inspire the Attractions team to deliver safe, engaging, and memorable guest experiences.

Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all attractions while maintaining safety and presentation standards.

Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to develop staff performance and confidence.

Handle guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and positivity, resolving issues quickly.

Collaborate with management to improve processes, performance, and the overall guest journey.

Foster a fun, professional, and positive team culture where guests and staff feel valued and inspired.

All final applicants for this role must provide evidence of a current Working with Children Check before starting work.
