The Role:

We're on the lookout for an HSE Advisor who thrives in a dynamic site-based role. You’ll be on site Monday - Friday, with a rostered Saturday.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans
• Delivering training and practical WHS advice to staff and subcontractors
• Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
• Building relationships across project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Leading incident investigations and helping close the loop on corrective actions

What You’ll Bring:

• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (a must!)
• 12 + Months experience in a HSE role on commercial or residential construction sites
• Strong knowledge of current WHS legislation and compliance requirements
• Previous experience on unit builds or large-scale commercial projects is ideal
• Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on attitude
