Skills & Experience

• Prior retail management of teams 8+ essential
• Volume fashion, footwear or accessories preferred
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic: be the reason your team come to work!
• Ability to inspire and motivate a large sales & KPI focused team
• Confidence to coach and develop skills on an individual and team basis
• Passionate about a career in retail & fashion!
