We are currently seeking a strategic and technical hands-on Project Manager to lead our transformative technology migration on a 12-month contract.

About the Project

You’ll be at the helm of a high-impact initiative to:

Lead the migration from Salesforce to HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless continuity, data integrity, and optimal use of HubSpot’s marketing automation and sales enablement features.

Oversee the integration between CRM and the new Student Management System (aXcelerate), aligning workflows and data pipelines.

Support the migration from JobReady (SMS) and My eCampus (LMS) to a fully integrated solution using aXcelerate.

Support the implementation of a composable system architecture powered by Azure Logic Apps, enabling scalable and modular technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including systems, data, product, and operations.

Ensure data migration, system integration, and architecture implementation meet business and technical requirements.

Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.

About You

Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in education industry.

Experience with HubSpot, including hands-on migration from Salesforce to HubSpot, is essential.

Strong background in the MarTech space, with a solid understanding of:

Lead Generation

Lead Attribution

Lead Tracking

Lead Conversion into Sales

Marketing automation and CRM integration best practices

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Azure Logic Apps, aXcelerate and JobReady is advantageous,

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
