What We’re Looking For : We’re after someone who:

• Has the right attitude - motivated to learn, grow, and pursue certifications aligned with the tech stack.
• Passionate about Tech; Ideally has personal experience managing their own O365 account or similar setups.

The Role

• Act as an escalation point for L1 & L2 engineers.
• Monitor client systems across multiple tenants using RMM and monitoring tools.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding devices and user accounts.
• Administer Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Collaborate with L3 engineers and provide clear client updates.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience working in an MSP – essential.
• Australian Permanent Residency – required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership in a fast-paced MSP environment.
• Knows Azure and how to navigate it.
• Can manage Microsoft 365.
• Has a grounding in networking fundamentals (switches, routers, etc.) & has experience managing firewalls (not deploying them).

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft/Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-104, MS-100).
