About the Role
Coordination and management of a number of International clinical trials Including (Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3) complex pharmaceutical sponsored and collaborative group clinical trials
- Coordination and adherence to clinical trial protocols
- Preparation of clinical trials in readiness for external and internal on site and remote audits
- Liaise with sponsors / collaborative groups for all relevant aspects of patient care
- Preparation of trial data for onsite monitoring visits, including data query resolution
- Communicate and liaison with multidisciplinary team, including patients regarding the status of the trial and treatment plan
Classifications for this position will range from classification range HIM Grade 2 JA7 - JB1 ($88,467 - $101,691 per annum, pro rata for part time).
Your Contribution
- Completion of either a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science or Applied Science, qualifications, or other relevant allied health field qualifications.
- Minimum honors degree or post graduate studies in relevant science/ allied health field, or relevant industry experience.
- Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

About Oncology
The Department of Oncology at SVHM provides a comprehensive service to in-patients, day patients, outpatients and satellite clinics. The Department has an active clinical research program and employs several clinical trials co-ordinators, data managers and MD and PhD students. It is actively engaged in medical education at all levels as well as nursing and allied health education. The Department is strongly affiliated with the University of Melbourne in its research and teaching activities. SVHM is an alliance member of the VCCC and has established working relationships with external cancer and government agencies
